About ClientKin: Client Memory

ClientKin is a notebook for people whose work runs on relationships: insurance and real-estate agents, sales reps, bankers and consultants. Each client profile holds their spouse and children, what they like, what to avoid, how to recognise them, and their company and role. Key dates for the client and their family (birthdays, wedding anniversaries, contract renewals, memorial days) come with reminders, and Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean lunar-calendar dates are supported. The Today screen shows what is due today, the next seven days and the clients you have not contacted for a while, with one tap to call or message. Log meetings and promises, keep a gift history, and save memories with photos. Holiday calendars for Vietnam, the US, Korea, China and Japan, plus international days such as New Year, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Christmas, suggest when to send greetings. Contacts are imported one at a time; the app never reads your whole address book. Thirty countries set the local currency, the first day of the week and the default messenger (KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat, Zalo, WhatsApp or Telegram), and Korean, Chinese and Japanese names are written family name first. Everything is stored on the device in an encrypted database, photos included, with no account and no server. Lock the app with your fingerprint or face, and export a backup or an Excel file whenever you like. Twenty languages.

Remembering the person, not the policy

People who sell insurance, property or banking products tend to keep two records of a client. One is the CRM or the policy system, which knows the contract number and the renewal date. The other is in their head: that the client's daughter started university this year, that he does not drink, that his wife's name is Lan. The second record is the one that decides whether the next conversation feels like a relationship or a sales call, and it is the one that fades.

ClientKin is for that second record. A profile holds the spouse and children, what the client likes, what to avoid, how to recognise them, and their company and role. Open it two minutes before a meeting. After the meeting, log what was said and anything you promised, and keep a gift history so the same bottle of wine does not turn up two years running. Memories can carry photos.

Dates, including the lunar ones

Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, contract renewals and memorial days can be recorded for the client and for each family member, with reminders early enough to call, send a message or buy something. Many clients in Vietnam, China and Korea mark birthdays and memorial days on the lunar calendar, so those dates can be entered as lunar dates and the reminder follows them, instead of pretending they fall on the same solar day each year.

The Today screen collects what is due today, what is coming in the next seven days, and the clients you have not been in touch with for a while, with one tap to call or message. Holiday calendars for Vietnam, the US, Korea, China and Japan, plus international days such as New Year, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Christmas, turn into prompts to send greetings. Thirty countries set the local currency, the first day of the week and the messenger the app opens by default — KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat, Zalo, WhatsApp or Telegram — and Korean, Chinese and Japanese names are written family name first.

A notebook that stays in your pocket

Notes about other people's families are sensitive, and the app treats them that way. There is no account and no server. Everything is stored on the phone in an encrypted database, photos are encrypted too, and the app can be locked with your fingerprint or face. Contacts are imported one at a time, by choice; the app never reads your whole address book. When you want a copy, export a backup or an Excel file.

ClientKin is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, which never appear next to a client's details. A one-time purchase on Google Play removes them. The full ClientKin privacy policy sets out what the app stores and what the ad SDK receives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are my client notes stored?

On your phone only, in an encrypted database; photos are encrypted too. There is no account and no server, so nothing is uploaded. You can lock the app with your fingerprint or face, and export a backup or an Excel file whenever you want a copy.

Does ClientKin read my whole address book?

No. You pick contacts one at a time, and only the person you choose is imported, with their name, phone number and birthday.

Can it remind me of lunar-calendar dates?

Yes. Birthdays, memorial days and other key dates can be entered on the Vietnamese, Chinese or Korean lunar calendar, and the reminder follows that lunar date rather than a fixed day on the solar calendar.
